What’s the difference between life coaching and counselling?

Life coaching focuses on helping you create a fulfilling future through goal-setting, mindset work, and personal growth.
Counselling provides support for emotional and mental health challenges such as anxiety, stress, trauma, or grief. Both services offer personalized support — it just depends on where you are in your journey.

How do I know which service is right for me?

If you're unsure, we recommend booking a free 10-minute consultation. We’ll discuss your needs and help you choose the service that best fits your goals and challenges.

Are sessions virtual or in-person?

All sessions are currently offered virtually for your convenience and comfort. You can attend from anywhere in Toronto or beyond

What happens during a coaching or counselling session?

Each session is a safe, confidential space where you'll be guided through self-reflection, emotional processing, and strategy building. We’ll explore challenges, set goals, and work on practical tools to help you move forward.

Do I need to commit to multiple sessions?

Not at all. You can book a single session or choose from one of our discounted packages. Many clients find that consistency helps with deeper growth, but there’s no pressure to commit long-term.

Is this service covered by insurance?

Currently, our services are not covered under insurance, but we strive to keep pricing transparent and accessible with package savings.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.
